Eleven organisations working to address some of London’s most deep-rooted inequalities are receiving over £10.2 million in long-term funding, through grants of up to seven years, as part of the first group of organisations funded through Propel’s Long-Term Grants Programme.

This secondment opportunity sits at the heart of Propel’s long-term approach to equitable funding in London. Collaboration Circle is seeking two part-time secondees from equity and justice–focused organisations to join a shared Relational Grant Management Team, helping to deliver seven-year grants while developing and testing relational, power-sharing approaches to grant making that benefit funded organisations, secondees, and the wider sector.
